Game won't start

After clicking play on steam and opening the 'Stardock Launcher', I then click on play to play the game, it then closes the launcher and it looks like it starts to open the game, but all it does is open the 'Stardock Launcher again and it won't open the game. I can't play the game. Please fix it!!

I am guessing GCIII and from what he said I would also guess he does not have a 64 bit computer.
