Desktop Manager Not Showing Anything Installed?

I'm trying to update my renewal of my purchased

Object Desktop Package (Which Includes All The Object Desktop Apps) I purchased this 4/28/2017 and I have my product key, as well. However, when I open Desktop Manager it doesn't show any of the apps I have installed on my desktop? I thought this product I purchased lasted longer than a year before I had to renew a subscription, thought this was a lifetime subscription. Please help, wanted to update my installed apps to latest version.

Ok, sorry for my misunderstanding. I will renew today so I can update my apps that came with the bundled Object Desktop Package. Hopefully this will also populate what I have installed already on my computer in the Object Desktop Manager?
