how do I go about completely uninstall wincustomize and reinstall from scratch

Hello,

You have to delete one program at a time to do this 

Go here pick a program and then click on the "FAQ" at the bottom for that program

then click on " Purge " , That will remove complete program for reinstall.

Make sure you REBOOT before reinstall and install from your Stardock account .
