Best of Stardock Humble Bundle Can't Register Keys to Account

I am trying to register the non steam keys I got from the latest best of stardock humble bundle on the register software link via the website and I get an invalid key error. Are the software keys from the humble bundle special in some way? They seem to activate just fine in the software. I just like having all my keys registered on the website so it's easy to find them later.

I believe if you have activated the product that use keys it should appear automatically on your account here : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Hi im also having the same issue with getting some of them to activate. It works when i install the program then enter the key in the program it self but i cant add them to my account online via "Register Product" under the account management option. It just says

 

Error

The serial entered is not valid.

 

I also got this from the humble bundle as well.

The registration page is only, has only ever been, for registering old CD games post purchase - it is not for software.

Steam keys received through Humble cannot be registered, nor will they ever appear, on your Stardock account unless they were purchased on our store (only games are this way).

Any Stardock key received from Humble will not show on any Stardock account after it is activated for the first time.  After the key has been activated, it is forever tied to that email.

Ok did the steam process with some of the programs that allowed me to. Programs like Start10 and more but programs like WindowBlinde and start 8 will not let me register it via steam.   So i was just wondering if i could active them via the website and not have to install them. Here is a picture of what some of the software look like after purchase on humble bundle.  The start10 has a steam icon and a redeem button and the rest do not.

No, it is not possible to activate Steam products / keys via any means.  

The only way to get the Stardock keys (much longer than the Steam keys) on any account is to activate them at least once.

I'm having the same problem. I just bought Fences and when I go to register the key it doesn't work.

The Humble prodroducts: Fences, Start10, and Multiplicity are Steam versions and cannot be 'registered' on the Stardock site - you use the Steam client to activate / use the products.
