Can only activate Start8 on 1 computer at a time instead of 5

Hello,

I have a fleet of Dell Venue tablets licensed for Windows 8. I've purchased several licenses of Start 8 throughout 2017. It seems in recent days I am only able to use an activation key on one tablet at a time. My understanding is a license is good for 1 activation on 5 different computers. Many of my licenses indicate I have 1 current activation out of 5. If I try to activate a second tablet using the same product key I'm prompted to deactivate the 1st computer.

Here are the order numbers for all our Start8 Licenses. Please advise.

Ok I will submit a ticket. Which department should I send it to? I don't want my ticket to be ignored. The website says:

Stardock is providing direct email support for ONLY the following items: 

-Refunds 
-Potential Fraud 
-Email Changes \ Account Merges 
-Corp Sales Where Support Was Purchased 
-Object Desktop Subscriptions (support is included) 

If a ticket is submitted that does not fall in these areas, it may be ignored.
