Savegames disappeared

Hello

Today I was in the middle of a mission. Then the game crashed (again). On next start I got an automatic update to the latest version.

I clicked Load Game and surprise, the list is empty?

I checked for the existence of the saved games where are present, but the game is not displaying them in the list.

I suspect this to be an upgrade issue...

How can I restore my savegames?

I'm going to bump this as I'm having the same issue and this thread seems to have never been resolved. I'm having the same issue but it's even more whack. I didn't update or anything. Just it stopped saving and I didn't find out until trying to reload.

 

If I save it doesn't appear in the list (I wondered it US/UK dating and sorting might be an issue but I doubt it). For the last few hours saves have just gone. With one exception of suddenly autosaves for the last few minutes show after a restart.

It's really really annoying. I'm trying to enjoy this game but it seems to be doing everything it can to throw a spanner in the works.

Hello there! Unfortunately old saves can't be loaded when a new version is released. New builds can include some significant changes that would not work well with saved games from an old version. As someone who loves to load up old save games I understand it's a bummer.
