No Software Showing

Not sure how long this issue has been present, but I just noticed that my Object Desktop does not show any software under Manage or Installed. Just blank. Any ideas? I have Start10, Fences, Windows Blinds, Icon Packager, and others installed & working, but not Object Manager. It appears to have just stopped working.

 

Edit: I just noticed that the Subscription Window shows I have no subscriptions. Has my subscription expired? I have had no notice.

I have the same symptoms as richfed but I do have an active subscription. My subscription is good until 5/05/2019.

ODM is blank for a few people (we are looking into why).  When that is the case, use your account page:

I have an active subscription and my Desktop Manager refuses to connect to the internet.  I can't install all software because individual software is not available in the account page.

I am having great difficulty even activating my software.   I have a limited time window to activate when my system boots up or it can't reach the activation servers.  As soon as I try to run the download manager my system can't activate products.

I managed to activate my products with difficulty but I am missing Object Dock software like theme manager which is only available through the interface.  The Download manager allows me to sign in and lists my account correctly but fails to connect to the internet error message when trying to get the list of products including the list of products installed is blank.

I see where to download the additional products from the product page instructions as above.  Thanks.  Though I have to manually activate my products with difficulty
