I can't post a reply from Internet Explorer (SOLVED)

Also can't create one.

I can't post a reply from Internet Explorer, yet I can from Chrome and Edge.

Anyone else with this issue?

Anyone have any ideas other than clear the cache, which I have already done?

One of those stealthy midnight 'quality updates' to IE, I'd imagine.

Would be interesting to know what version of I.E you are testing? I have the same problem as Jim and I tested it on I.E. V11.0.85.

Thank you,

Very true.

Also the karma screen looks funky in IE.

Fascinating that MS suggested not using IE. Was there ever a time when IE actually worked?

Ok, firstly, I'm using version 11.345.17134.0 of Internet Explorer.

NOW, I CAN'T login on forums, but CAN login on WC home page. I am now getting the same results on Chrome.

I had to go to JoeUser to post this.

Replying with IE 11.

If you can see this reply, then the problem should be fixed!

I see it

This is a test with IE.

Just stop using browsers from before the stone age. :-P

Hey maybe it's fixed....

Yup, fixed! Thanks, T-Man!!!!

T-man removed the Forum SPIF (Special Person Improvement Feature).

Procedure (Make RND's IE crash)

If user = RND and browser = IE then

Run Function Crash RND's IE Session (100,0)

End If

Function Crash RND's IE Session (number of sheep, number of cows)

number of sheep / number of cows

Loop until RND opens a different browser

End Function.

Personally I thought that was some great forum coding and the first SPIF we have had around here in too long.

Maybe a SPIF for Micronut itself? That would be interesting.

This issue has re arisen.

I created a thread today that I couldn't do from IE, had to use Chrome.

Ok, so I can reply from IE, but I apparently can't start my own thread from IE.
