Stardock license disappeared

Frustrated

I'm about done with this software.

 

I bought the start10 and groupy a few months ago and had problems making the payment until I ended up getting triple charged. I had to dispute two of those after getting NO response from stardock. Now, my key isn't working any longer and I'm pissed. I'm about to dispute that final payment and wash my hands of you guys.

I like your software. Everything else needs work.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.


I have fixed the issue that was causing your problem.  You do have a new key at:

https://www.stardock.com/support/productkeyretrieval

As for this:

I had to dispute two of those after getting NO response from stardock.

We have no prior ticket under your email address.  Can you send me the ticket ID you must have after placing one?

I don't have any records in my email either. I remember trying to file a ticket through the site, maybe my memory is getting blurry there.

This has just been frustrating, and I've never had a lot of patience working with computers.
