help for translation

I find C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ashes of the Singularity Escalation\Assets\UIText

And I change Text.csv 

but it only Enlish will be working.I can change large to L,middle to M,small to S.but when I change large to 大.it will be (show such as 1/4&&&......)wrong in the game.

how to change it in right.

A few months ago I tried to self translation, and it failed.

Now Ashes doesn't support non-English characters, but Dev says that
