Can not access "Master of Orion Collection"

from Stardock.net Forums

I did purchase the "Master of Orion Collection" and it also shows on my order history https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders.

However I am unable to access this game collection anywhere on my account. I would expect that these games are available on https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products but they are not.

I would appreciate some help on this issue.

Those games were purchased back when Impulse was a store. That was sold to GameStop many years ago, so you would need to contact their support in regards to any games purchased.

Finally I came to the following conclusion:

gamestop dot com denies access to me based on my location (which is not US).

I talked with the support of the gamestop website of my country-domain but they said that I should contact the US gamestop site. My question of how to contact the US support was never answered.

Now I am not sure how to proceed further.
