Bug: Starbase dialogue after the final battle is done

When the final battle in the game is done in the game it's still possible to explore the stars and so on but the Earth Starbase still insists that the ship leaves with the dispersal unit equipped on the ship even though it's no longer necessary and it still tells the captain to go to the sector where the final battle took place.   It's possible to remove it at a starbase but when we go back, the Earth Starbase insists again that it be installed.

Same thing happened to me. I just started over for fun, so we will see if this happens again this play through.

When did you start your game?  We had a fix for this that went out last week.

Also, in the version of the game before this current one, I went to speak to the Pinthi after clearing the game and there was dialogue there about me requesting their help to poison the fake human body created by the Tywon.

The thing is that body is long gone now, consumed by the Phamysh.  This dialogue should not be there once the body has been used as intended in the game.
