minor bug: Pinthi Dispersal Module still required after win.

Post-Xraki Battle, It turns out that you can't leave Star Control without mounting the pinthi dispersal module even though you don't need it anymore. I realize that this is post game, but for the completionist, this is an annoyance.
It should be an easy fix though. just an additional flag to check for if I am not mistaken.
