Post-Story Glitches

Ok, I have been exploring this sector after the main story has concluded.

A couple glitches I have caught:

-At Star Dock it doesn't let you remove the Pinthi (sp?) device.
-The Commander at Star Dock gets repeats the final in game dialogue as if the story was not concluded.
