Sell Conventionals/Sell some?

My "sell conventionals" button stops working sometimes, for reason I don't really understand. I'm staring at a stack of iron (among others), so there are certainly conventional materials to be sold. Is this a bug?

Also, is there any way to sell some but not all of a stack of materials? I just picked up a ton of exotics and would like to sell some of them, while holding on to a few in case they're needed for a quest or something (still playing; no spoilers!).

I've experienced the same bug.  Sometimes the Sell Conventionals is greyed out, even though there are plenty of lower tier resources to sell.

 

I, too, would love to see some what to split a stack / sell by quantities for the exotics.

Hit this as well.

Always thought the Precursor starbase should have a storage hold that allows you to stash some resources *above* and *below*.

Watch out with this feature, using it caused me to lose some Francium I was saving to power a hyper drive and some lead for another quest.


There does not seem to be a possibility to sell only half or part of each resources.    I'd like to be able to keep some of everything in case some quest comes up where I need a specific resource to go forward.
