Please have some way to look at Messages from your crew

PLEASE! Three times now I have lost some kind of message or communication from the people on my ship because they hit me up SECONDS before I contacted a planet, which caused the message to be entirely lost. Love the game, but this is INTENSELY frustrating.

Seconding this. I've gone back to prior saves just to see messages I've missed. It's kinda silly.

Same. To this day, I have no idea if I missed a critical message from Earth right after leaving Star Control to stop the invasion fleets, because I touched the moon and the dialogue went away forever (and the last autosave was a long time prior).
