"captain we should return to earth and brief star control now"

Get this message when trying to leave earth system. I have completed all quest lines, Star Control is telling me to leave the system and visit the Tywom.

Anybody else have this?

I had this bug when I tried to load my old save from the Chapter 1 Beta.

When I started a fresh game, everything worked normally.
