Bug: Capital ship loses 1 crew when crew bonus picked up during battle

1. Start a battle with another ship

2. Choose capital ship with default crew compliment (100)

3. Fly over a crew bonus power-up during battle (green)

I'm still studying this; may require that you not have a full compliment of crew (e.g. 50/100).
