Game does not launch

When I launch the game through Steam, my screen goes black, any audio gets cut off. Then my other two screens go black for a moment, then a Crash Reporter opens. I've sent the crash to you through that.
Repeatable.
Updated Drivers (AMD 18.9.2)
Restarted Computer
Tried Admin Steam
Verified Files (All OK)
