Moddiing and creating our own stories

Is there any tutorial into how to create our own stories and adventure for others to play with? I know as a Founder, we should get the mod tools, how soon will that be available?

Been waiting for the longest time to get this game. Just so excited. Wish they released a few days early for Founders.

Probably within the next month or two. I mean, we will already be able to make ships and facilities in prep for our plans.
