Sins of a Solar empire Rebellion minidump problem

Hi, Im facing the minidump problem after launching the game. I have played it for over 10++ hours without any bug or other problem, but now I cannot lauch the game properly. A minidump windows always shows up after I start the game and I never get a chance to play it again. I sent my dump file to the support and get a reply telling me to get a "PRODUCT KEY", I buy it from steam, not from the site, I cant get my product key email even when I had sign up a account in Stardock. So pls help me to solve this problem, I love this game. Anyway, if any Stardock support sending me a https://forums.stardock.net/486601/sins-of-a-solar-empire-rebellion-support-faq, I will get a refund cause this faq cant help me at all. I try every method to play my game but fail.
