Advent enemy. Planet I jump to has no culture rate.

Seems random. Abou 1 out of every 5 ships will defect to the Advent enemy.

The Advent Loyalists have a tech that gives them a chance to capture ships jumping from a planet they control.

If you take the planet first, this will not occur.
