Offline Activation Failed(with 1008 error code)

I bought the below product yesterday.
- Desktop Essentials Bundle

I was attempt to activate the applications of bundle, but it's not working online activation(license key and account).

I don't know why but it looks like the proxy problems. (My pc on the office was connected internet through proxy server, so I can't access the https sites without authentifications)

So I attempt to offline activating but it's not working too with the below error message. (I was trying to activating fences3)
- This account does not have any valid registrations for this products. (1008)

I submitted the ticket yesterday, but still not received any reply. Would you please let me know how can I activate these applications?

+) Offline activation of groupy is succeed. But fences3 still failed.

alprogs may have had his issue resolved, but I'm still unable to get registered.  How was his problem solved?

I need to know more about you situation to help, Michael...  What errors are you getting, how are you trying to activate (online or off), what have you tried from here:

+) fences3 still failed.

Same as alprogs.  I try and get through the Manual Activation process for Fences 3 and when I submit to download the activation file I get

- This account does not have any valid registrations for this products. (1008)
