Just uploaded the new Winstep Office theme to Wincustomize. 
I did the Office with LightStar's Tinder and the Tinder Xion I made.
I'm tempted to include the new Office theme with the themes that ship with Xtreme/Ultimate, but mainly because it's (I think, not sure if you agree so please let me know) a more 'sober' theme than the rest, better suited for people who don't like 'bling' all that much and just want more of a 'production' environment.
This said, I would probably match it with a different wallpaper.
If anyone wants to try the NextSTART sub-theme, go to the Office theme folder, open the Office.wst configuration file and change ThemeHasSubtheme=False to ThemeHasSubtheme=True. You will have to apply a different theme and then the Office theme again for changes to take effect.
Don5318 (Don) above asked me if he could do the WB port. I said yes and sent him the original PSD files, so you will have to ask him. However, since it won't be a Master skin, he will only be able to work on it in-between his other skins.
If you guys would prefer a faster release vs. being a free WB skin, then please feel free to say so.

OK, I've got to chime in on this. "Should he get paid?" I love Don as a brother. Hell, we even founded "Z Studio" together, back in the day, but should he get paid? My opinion is no. People requested it and he "volunteered" to do it. He's not under contract. He doesn't have to do it. He can keep making Master skins, of his own, and get paid. This is nothing towards Don, this is whether skinners should be paid, for porting free skins. It would be the first time ever, afaik, that a free skin would be ported and then the port be sold.
On a side note: Why is it, that WBs are the only ones that should get paid? You indirectly asked Mindy, etc. if they wanted to do some desktop modules, if they do, should they be paid also? What if someone ports a Sysmetrix or a Rainlender? Should they be waiting for a pay check, also? If the skin was uploaded as free, all the ports should be free, regardless of how soon people want it.

On a different note: I like the Winstep Office Theme so much, I planned on making a windowblind and a small Iconpack to go with it., after I finish up the iconpack I'm working on now. It obviously will be for personal use. The winstep theme was uploaded a lot sooner than I expected. I was going to surprise Jorge and ask for a Thanksgiving or Christmas release. Now, if it's ever uploaded to Wincustomize, would be 100% up to Jorge.
Ok, in Don's defense, he only asked, and when I said I didn't like the idea of it being a paid WB skin much, he did say that he would be totally ok with someone else doing it if they could do it faster than him.
This said, I do agree 100% with your reasoning. When Don asked if he could make a Master skin out of it, I immediately felt uncomfortable with the idea but I couldn't pinpoint exactly why. So I told him it just didn't feel right in this case, mainly because Winstep, despite having paid for it, was never-the-less making it available to Winstep users for free.
The other reason, now that I had more time to think about it, is because this really is a Danilo skin and it's my personal opinion that Master skins should always be original skins, not derivative work (but I could be wrong, and there are probably exceptions).
Even though it was commissioned by Winstep (and therefore belongs to Winstep) it is Danilo's creative mind and skinning genius that are 100% behind it. You will never see me take credit for something that is not my own work, which is why his name is mentioned first place in the theme's description and not just 'Winstep Software Technologies' (even though the skin belongs to and would not exist without the latter): all WebGizmos and I did was put together the various pieces of the theme Danilo created in a way that could be used (as intended in the first place) by Winstep applications.
Now, WB ports of this theme - or any other ports - aren't really my concern for obvious reasons, but I don't mind them at all. Quite the opposite in fact: I think good themes should be shared.
So, anyone who wants to make ports of this theme to any other application and upload them to Wincustomize has my authorization to do so. No need to ask anymore.
I can only hope Don doesn't get upset with me for bringing this out into the public - in retrospective I should have asked him first.
Thanks Jorge for putting this into perspective, I didn't realize that I would be made out to be the bad person here, especially when I didn't asked to be paid, funny how things get twisted! I also believe, there are rules in place; on not being able to make money on a ported skin, anyway, this situation has got me to thinking about whether I want to do this skin now, maybe someone else should take this on, after reading Ross' comments, this whole thing has left a sour taste in my mouth, you know what, go ahead Ross, you do the Office Windowblind, I'm done with this, you made it clear with your opinion, that's all I got to say!
I actually meant well (all you did was ask, and I see nothing wrong with that) and the intention was not to put you on the spot, but that is exactly what ended up happening.
So my apologies once again.

Psychosis81, It's in progress, and I've asked Ross (Z71) to help as well, so this will be a team effort on the Office WB version, can't wait till it's done now. 
They look great. I can think of many themes they would work with.
Those icons are sweet! And I'm glad there's gonna be a WB after all. You guys rock.
