I took you seriously about needing help... don't waste threads... say in the title what you really want...

and to make a wallpaper you get a drawing program... and put what you want onto the screen

There are several popular ones. A free one is called The Gimp, which you can find more about here: http://www.gimp.org

Another graphics program is Paint Shop Pro. It costs $100. You can find more about it here: http://www.jasc.com/products/paintshoppro

Once you decide on a program, go to google, type in the name of the app and the word "tutorials" (ie: "photoshop tutorials") and use those to learn how the app works. Go for the basic tutorials first, the ones that tell you how to use the tools in the program, then go for the design tutorials.

you can download the gimp at sourceforge.net

and it will be the newest version

it comes with an installer and everything...

This site appears to package up The Gimp into an installaer, rather than having to manually install all the pieces yourself. I myself have never used it but it might be useful http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/

jeez...

run the gimp installer, paying special attention to the folder in which it is installed. When the installation is complete, open Explorer, navigate to the folder in which Gimp was installed, click on the Gimp executable and start playing around with it.

If you don't know how to open explorer, write back and let me know.
