Start 10 install issues

I have a windows 10 HP Envy and started the 30 day trial to check out Start 10. I was sent the activation email but clicking the link opens my google calendar and adds random text into a calendar entry. Needless to say Start 10 is not activated?

If you right click the link, copy the link address, and paste it into a Google Chrome incognito window, does it go to the right place?
