Start10 license?

My boyfriend bought me Start10 last month, I had it installed on my new win10 laptop that he'd gotten me a few months before.

I had to reinstall win10 which wiped out everything :'-(

When I enter my info for lost keys, all that shows is my windowblinds (versions 7 & 10)...nothing for Start10.

How do I get the key for this?? I've emailed Stardock to no avail  :-(

*Any* help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You need to know what email that your boyfriend used when he bought you that Start10 last month.
