Legacy account doesn't have product anymore

Hi,

I first purchased Fences in 2013 on my current PC i'm using. I decided to upgrade finally to a new drive and came back to my account in order to reinstall fences. However, It no longer shows under My Downloads. My old account was also merged with this account for some reason which might've caused problems.

What can I do?
