cant change email address

i have tried to change emailaddress as per your online method. it indicates that an email has been sent to my new email for verification but nothing is ever sent. ive been waiting 3 DAYSFOR VERIFICATION EMAIL nothing sent. i tried again today but still nothing sent. and yes i did check my spam folder
