There is a problem with my email

I didn't know if I was a member, so I bought it via another e-mail.

 

I Purchased 'Object Desktop' without subscription.

 

But I can not receive your mail with this email([email protected]).

 

 

 

So I found an email I had signed up for. The mail is '[email protected]'

 

I tried to register the product I purchased through this email, but I failed.

 

Because still did not receive by mail ([email protected])

 

 

 

Please confirm my order and register it by '[email protected]'

 

 

 

I am very disappointed and worried.

 

I copied the keys I received when I bought them.

 

I hope this proves my purchase.

All inquiries are of no use. Is it correct to read and answer the question?

There is a problem with the mail([email protected]) itself. It is not a registered account but an e-mail input at the time of purchase. Since I can not receive your mail through the mail I purchased, I will send you the code and ask you to activate with new account([email protected]).
