My Product key says it's invalid

While trying to install Fences:

"An invalid product key was entered.

Please try again or click here to have your product key emailed to you.

 

I've got my product key emailed to me and I STILL get this response.

Is there any support here?????

What version of Fences are you trying to install?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It appears you are trying to activate Fences 3 with a Fences 2 key.

You can, however, still get the upgrade at a discount here (bottom of page):

If you only wanted to re-install Fences 2, uninstall 3 and install version 2 from here:

https://www.stardock.com/support/productkeyretrieval
