A question about WB4 not skinning minimized windows

When I am using Aol and I minimize a window or windows these minimized windows are no longer skinned , but appear in that ugly flat windows classic look ?

Although you did end the sentence with a ?........ you have made a statement. But you really haven't asked a question.
What you say is true, ... I see the same thing in PSP, but I really don't see it as a big deal. Would be nice if they were skinned, but I assume there is a good reason why they're not.
