Tiles issue

I recently installed the Tiles software but I am having an issue with my minimized windows. They keep popping up (restoring) every so often, even when i'm not interacting with the computer at all. 

The settings i am using have the bar automatically hidden when not in use, with a tab for easy access. Not sure if this matters or not.

I know this is not a major issue but it's just a little annoying.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

If so, can anyone fix it?
