docs title menu part bubbles clicks down to underlying item

the page title not active on some pages, so I can't click on the inactive page, because the click goes down to an underlying item, and opens it.
for example, on docs page if I click on min page, the click doesn't go to the min page, it goes to an underlying docs page item, so it opens a recently used document.
Very annoying!!!
I've bought the stardock object desktop mainly for tiles, and there's no updates for this item for years!
