I believe I have downloaded about 20 dreams: all the rest are perfectly satisfactory.
Since then I have received nearly 40 (40!} meaningless, repetitive, and rather pathetic emails which effectively deny me a refund for no good reason.
Believe me I have gone through all the procedures they suggest but still no refund.
The sum involved is but a paltry few dollars (3 I believe, incredibly): but the principle, I think, is immense.
Even as I write this, yet another email from stardock has hit my mailbox.
I have written to both departments expressly forbidding them to send me any more emails. except the one that confirms I will soon be getting a full refund.
As I understand Danish consumer law you have now laid yourselves open to possible CRIMINAL charges.
All I want is a FULL IMMEDIATE REFUND:
In any case I have now put the matter in the hands of the Danish Government's "Consumer Protection Agency" and you will certainly be hearing from them soon. Think they don't have the power to stop Stardock trading in Denmark: check with your lawyers else you're in for s BIG surprise.
All I wan' is a full refund for software that doesn't work.
Yes I have now received yet another email from stardock although this one is rather mysteriously completely devoid of any content.
I believe I have 72 hours in which to withdraw my complaint: I am perfectly happy to do that if i receive a FULL IMMEDIATE REFUND.
I'm sure it's much less money than you spend everyday on your lunch ... 3 dollars stops all this trouble NOW:
