Ressource balance wrong when you rebuild a extractor on a node with harvester / refineries

You can see in the picture that my radioactive is getting lower despite showing a balance of +22. E.g. on the right side you see a radioactive node with a lot of harvester, if I destroy and rebuild a extractor there my shown income will increase but my actual income will stay the same.
