Here  is a blind that davebax and I did together. It was a great learning experience for me. We each had parts to play in this creation. For example, Dave did the start menu and I did the taskbar and buttons. Dave was also very good at answering all my question, most of them color location questions. 
We did this skin because I wanted something to match the widgets that I created. The blind is a flat style skin so I removed all the shadows that it initially had.
I know flat and the color will not be to everyone's liking but non the less I give you the Canuck windowblind skin, (well at least the screenshot).
