Problem with installation

Hi,

I have tried to install Icon Packager 5.10 under Windows 10 Version 1803 (Build 17134.11), but I always get the foll. notice:

 

 

I thought it works as well with Windows 10. May I'm wrong?

That is an old version. Only IconPackager 10 works with Windows 10.
