re: Sending in a support issue regarding continual activation requests after purchasing
Hi -
I have an issue, where I had purchased Object Desktop twice (although stardock sent me the same serial number for both purhcases), however on the computers they are installed on, it continually sends a pop up to reactivate it. Additionally, I attempted to send details through esupport.stardock.com, however two issues with that: I couldn't login with my stardock username/password (although it works on forums and logging into OD), and it also does not allow me to submit it with the error: The CAPTCHA letters entered did not match, please try again. , however the pages does not present captha letters.
