I have subscribed for OD some years ago (14th of March 2013, with order number: 2549395, and I yearly extended the subscription (most recent one was on 6th of February 2018, with order # 4163165).

I bought a 2nd subscription for OD on 5th of June 2018 (order # 4212720), and got a receipt with a product key. 

Two days ago, at boot up, I got a Start10 message asking for my product key.
This appeared very strange as OD new subscription had been already activated since a couple of days.

I did reactivate it using my account in Stardock. 

I checked my downloads and I was surprised to see that I’m subscribed with the product key I got for my 2nd subscription with expiration in 639 days (19th of March 2020).  It’s like my 2nd subscription had been transformed in an extension of my 1st one. 

So I’m here with 1 subscription of 639 days, when I expected 2 subscriptions (1st one prolonged for 1 year in February 2018, new one acquired for 1 year on 5th of June 2018).

 I also only have 1 key now: the one I got with the 2nd subscription (or was this key the one of the 1st subscription?)

There must have been a twist somewhere.

Could you investigate this problem?
