issues with renewal

Hello, I tried to renew my subcription, but there were issues with paypal (lots of loading, no successfull end of transaction). I can see that the amount was really debitted, but I didn't receive any licence code. Also no subscription in my profile. Please be so kind and resolvse this or refund me the money.
