Need New Game Limits

Helloy, i dont know will there be new game updates, but I want to make an offer for increases game limits for modders.

First - is more instantAction and periodicAction in buff:

instantAction per buff 5>10

periodicAction per buff 3>5

Also need more standart limits for max meshes 1000>1500, Sounds 4000>6000, ExplosionName per ships, stations, planets, 600>1200, more models for the maps, ets.

Need more limits for a very big mods!
