Programs on Wrong EMail

When I merge 2 accounts I didn’t got all products from it! I bought Object Desktop, Object Dock and CursorFX and my dad payed it with hes paypal so I merge the programs to my stardock account (I was logged in to my stardock account but it didn't put the programs there!), but I only see Object Desktop in the product key email, how do i get the rest of the programs moved? I tried contacting the support but got no good answer. Can someone please help me get the programs moved over to my account?

I don't see any other products on either the merged or old account. If you purchased via PayPal you need to merge from that email address.

Do you have an order number for those other products?

It should be fixed now. Make sure when you activate ObjectDock and CFX that you do so under your preferred email address (new one).
