Purchased software with wrong email

After many years of typing my email with domain name ".ca", I evidently used it when purchasing the Desktop Essentials Bundle. My correct email domain should be ".net". I discovered this screwup when, after creating an account here, I had difficulty activating Groupy. Now I have Groupy activated, but under a different account name, is that correct? How can I remedy this and get all my activation codes together under the correct email address and account.
