I don;t know what font that is, but looking through what I have on my system I found a few that were similar. I'm not sure if theya re all freeware though, so I'll just list the names of them and you can do a search on google to find them.
Bradley Hand ITC -slightly more refined than the one in the scrteenshot
Chiller -a little bit grungier
jenkins
john handy
