Constant crashes during turn shift

At random but frequent, when pressing end turn the game will just shut down to desktop. No crash log.

My game is a fresh install of 231 9550 and all dlc's. New save.

Just noticed that will Steam says 231, the game says 2.1.

debug.err is under external link.
