Subscription renewal not applied
I've emailed directly to sales and support with no response in over a week - I recently renewed my subscription to Object Desktop, and the purchase was made, an invoice generated - but my subscription is NOT RENEWED.
I would like an actual representative of the company to address this issue immediately, either activating my subscription or refunding the full amount of the purchase, or I will be forced to take legal action for FRAUD and THEFT. It may seem like a trivial amount to be concerned about, but it's the principle of the matter, a company cannot offer a product, take a payment, and not deliver on the purchase.
