I purchased Object Desktop, but I still have download limits and restrictions on WinCustomize

I thought owning the Stardock software was supposed to provide access to WinCustomize?

My Stardock and WinCustomize accounts both use the same email address for login, but for some reason they are not linked. My WinCustomize account is still in limited mode. I have tried completely clearing my Chrome cache through both CCleaner and through Chrome itself.

You have two different usernames on your account. Try the other and see if that works. Also clear all your cookies.

Is there anyway I can merge the usernames together to only use one of them for both? I wanted to use Urano_Metria here as well as on WinCustomize, but it errored out when I tried to change to that name on here.

It appears you are a current customer but something may have gone wrong with your browser.

Please log out of WinCustomize, clear your browser's cookies, and log in again.
