Renewal of my Object Desktop Subscription But No Software Or Key Provided

I renewed my expired Object Desktop subscription yesterday but the receipt I received did not include any link for the software (since it has been updated I poresume I should get new software) and I no longer have the original software or license info (past computer HDD meltdown). I also ordered two other new apps at the same time and did get the links and keys for those in the receipt, they are OK. How can I get the software for Object Desktop and the key to activaye it?
