Unable to install any programs with Desktop Manager

I purchased Object Desktop Manager, paid with CC, checked out as a guest without creating an account. I received an email with a license key, download links to all individual software titles and the Object Desktop Manager EXE.

When I installed ODM, it asked for account and password. I did create an account using the same email account. ODM does not list any software to download and install, I can't link my license key with my account. Am I missing something or do I need to get in touch with support?

Appreciate any help

You do not own OD under your *****@getc**.com address.  Use the email address you actually purchased it under (could be the one you use for PayPal perhaps).

same happened for me and the mail i send to support got i reply that makes me send a reply for a refund.

seems they are unable to figure out whats wrong, my ODM manager says at subscriptions:
object desktop  expires 5-01-2019 so that seems ok.

but still nothing in the manage tab, even sended all screenshots.

the only thing after 2 reply's is a link to retrieve my keys, yeah thats usefull.

great software but really bad support desk.

Hi ikku,  I'm just another customer but you can directly download the Object Desktop programs individually from your Stardock Store account.

https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

When you open your products using the above link, click View Individual Downloads as shown:

To see your programs displayed like this:

Then just click on the Download link on your products page.  Easy peasy.
